Ricardo focuses on nonimmigrant visa matters, particularly H-1B, TN, and E-3. He was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, where he lived until starting college. Being an immigrant himself, Ricardo deeply values the opportunity to help secure visa status and employment authorization for foreign nationals.
While in law school, Ricardo earned recognition for serving pro bono as a Spanish interpreter for asylum seekers. In addition, he completed internships at the American Bar Association’s Center for Human Rights, the Human Rights Institute at Georgetown Law, and the Due Process of Law Foundation.
